Our facility
MedScript operates from a 40,000-square-foot-facility with state-of-the-art technology and automation. We offer a choice of blister or multi-dose packaging and can fill orders quickly and accurately. All orders are checked by on-staff pharmacists before they are sent out for delivery. Because we closely monitor all deliveries, your orders will never be lost or misplaced.
Our process
Customers appreciate the attention received from their dedicated account representative and billing specialist. Your phone calls will not end up in an endless voicemail loop. Rather, you will have direct access to your contacts by phone, text, or email.
Onboarding new customers is a seamless process. Meeting with your account representative is easy, as they will visit every 10 days to ensure your operations are running smoothly. Placing orders is equally seamless, as our technology integrates with most EHR/eMAR systems to track and monitor drug use, ensure the correct dosages are administered, and electronically submit refill requests.
